    Fulcrum is seeking a Program Manager  to support our DIA customer.

     

    Fulcrum is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team of professionals as a Program Manager (PM). You will be responsible for Fulcrum’s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program management as well representing Fulcrum on DIA matters and manage Fulcrum personnel.  Leads an integrated Program Management Office (PMO) of subject matter experts; recruiting, contracts and pricing professionals; Task Order(TO) PMs; and subcontractors. Coordinate and direct all activities under a Program(s). Interface with the respective Government Contracting Officer (CO),the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Formulate and enforce high work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Continuous adherence to working in partnership with the Government, other contract Organizations and all Customer Stakeholders.  Additionally you will be responsible for Fulcrum’s DIA Business Development(BD) and capture processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for management of Fulcrum’s DIA programs, Task Orders, and personnel.
    • Responsible for assisting the Government customer in reviews, analyses, presentations, evaluations, reports, recommendations, and documentation to support program cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
    • Provide the Government customer program planning documentation, program guidance documentation and other program management assistance as assigned.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive capture plans, technical and management approaches, win strategies, discriminators, and approaches to competitive positioning.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • You must have 10+ years of experience in Program management of large scale programs & projects
      Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Significant all-source analytic experience within the intelligence community and the defense intelligence enterprise.
    • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving capabilities.
    • Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience and proven track record supporting DIA customer
    • DOD 8570 Certifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of Program management experience required

    Clearance Requirements: 

    • Must have active TS/SCI CI Polygraph
