    Fulcrum is seeking a Senior Watch Officer to support our customer. 


    Fulcrum has an outstanding opportunity on a brand new Prime Contract to be awarded on 1 October 2018.   A Key member of the program, our Senior Watch Officer will work with and support USF-K in Korea.  The qualified candidate will either already live full-time in Korea or move to Korea and join the company with a Watch Officer background and Korean language fluency.



    The Senior Watch Officer will support the Government within the Watch/Indications & Warning Division of USFK with the following responsibilities:

    • As a bi-lingual in English and Korean (Written and Spoken - a DLAP Score of 3/3), the Senior Watch Officer will monitor worldwide indicators suggesting potential enemy threats or attacks from All Source Intelligence collections and operational information
    • Gather, review and collate message traffic along with other communication.
    • Conduct research and analysis on complex operational issues
    • Coordinate and recommend new plans and procedures in response to emerging trends and national security within authorities, legislative mandates and regulatory constraints
    • Coordinate with allied partners to ensure timely sharing of information on potential enemy threats or attacks


    • 8 to 15 Years of relevant Experience in Intelligence Operations & Watch Office environments with at least 4 being in Korea
    • A Bachelor’s Degree with the possibility of waiving degree with over 15 years of related experience
    • A minimum of 4 Years of experience in the Korean Theater of Operations as an All Source Analyst
    • Fluency in both Korean and English languages (3+/3+)
    • A current TS/SCI (a Polygraph preferred)
    • Ability to work in a bi-lateral environment with excellent writing and briefing skills
