    Fulcrum is seeking an Operations Manager to support our customer. 

     

    The Operations Manager will serve as the contact for issues involving the coordination of Information Operations. Responsible for operations management of United States Air Forces – Europe (USAFE) Contractor Owned/ Contractor Operated (COCO) in support of the USAFE remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) aviation program requirements within the assigned country. Provides management and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, effective operation of US RPA at Mirosławiec, Poland, and other locations as directed. 

     

    Requires 100% OCONUS travel. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage ground operations of US RPA fixed-wing from the country site location.
    • Monitor US RPA maintenance requirements and report status to Fulcrum Fayetteville.
    • Project US RPA maintenance for future flight de-confliction.
    • Ensure customer requests are within the score of the RPA airworthiness certificate and supporting documents.
    • Track product delivery to USAFE and ensure deliverable meets client expectations.
    • Ensure operational requirements are safely accomplished in accordance with customers established standards and operating procedures.
    • Serve as the in country ground operations subject matter expert.
    • Manage personnel to include reception, staging, onward movement, and integration into the operating site.
    • Track program capabilities and ensure adequate personnel and equipment are present to accomplish the mission to include security, force protection, intelligence, operations, logistics, and communications.
    • Compile existing, sub-contractor policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), identify gaps in SOPs, ensure adequate policies and SOPs are in place and adhered to.
    • Coordinate with the Site functional leaders to ensure personnel, aircraft and equipment are properly prepared and configured for scheduled flight operations and available when and where required.
    • Ensure required operational reports are submitted to Fulcrum Site Lead, Fulcrum Flight Representative, Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager in a timely manner to meet company and customer requirements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key operations customers, teammates and vendors.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Minimum five (5) years of experience in aviation maintenance management and operations.
    • Strong English speaking and written communication skill.
    • Required to develop relationships with Operations counterparts at EUCOM, USAFE, Air Operations Center – Europe and various supporting commands within the EUCOM AOR.
    • Required to support other members of the Operation Field Team while on deployments or temporary duty locations, as priorities permit.
      • Recovery of Program personnel across Germany, Poland or other locations
      • Make runs to different local stores to restock class 9 items 

    Education:  

    • B.A./B.S. degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and related experience.

    Clearance Requirements:        

    • Must have active  Top Secret clearance
