  • Overview

    Fulcrum is seeking a Change Manager  to support our customer.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Queue, Validation and Requirements management and assistance to mature configuration management at the CCMD level.  
    • Serve as a validation agent for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).  
    • Assist project teams in preparing and validating artifacts for all baselines throughout the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) corresponding to gate reviews.  
    • Showing linkages between organizational performance, strategies to improve organizational performance (strategic planning), architecture, investment, and project performance (how well cost, risk, and quality are managed).  
    • Maintaining an enterprise Risk Repository and publish risk charts and reports. 
    • Identifying currently owned hardware/software assets, discussing projected growth rates and reviewing current change control procedures. 
    • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.   

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5 years of specialized experience managing mission-critical IT tasks across multiple functional areas and providing leadership for key tasks and resolution of problems for major IT areas through assessment of complex and technically challenging situations. 
    • Must possess domain and expert technical knowledge of IT areas and programmatic knowledge.
    • Solid work ethic with limited local supervision, strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    Education:  

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related study plus 3 years of recent specialized experience in Change Management or Risk Analysis, OR a relevant associates degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience in Change Management or Risk Analysis, OR a major certification (refer to Certifications below) plus 7 years of recent specialized experience in Change Management or Risk Analysis, OR 11 years of specialized experience in Change Management or Risk Analysis.

    Certifications:

    • Must have Change Management certification (or be able to attain this certification within 6 months from commencement of employment contract). Examples of applicable major certifications include CISSP, MCPD and MCSA.

    TESA Requirements:

    • Must meet Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) requirements IAW the German Supplementary Agreement to NATO SOFA. Will be required to submit a TESA application packet.

    Clearance Requirements:           

    • Must have active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI Poly.
