  • Overview

    Fulcrum is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support various programs and task orders under the DoD & National Security Division (DNI) National Capital Region (NCR) portfolio, including the USAF Combatant Command Intelligence (CCI) program, Naval Research Lab (NRL) Information Technology Division (ITD) support, and others.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Apply sound management methods, tools and techniques with the ability to manage multiple project managers and projects.
    • Manage schedule between strategic planning, corporate development and project and program management.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
    • Establish strong, long-term customer relationships.
    • Ensure programs meet cost, schedule and deliverable metrics/requirements.
    • Communicates and partners regularly as normal process with teams to ensure companywide success.
    • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
    • Mentor, supervise and guide junior staff
    • Actively participate in calls, meetings, and presentations with partners and clients.
    • Participate in the audit of projects on compliance with corporate and program guidelines.
    • Perform a variety of complicated tasks with enthusiasm and creativity.
    • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

    Qualifications

    Education:         

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of related experience; Management of technical groups, projects or programs.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas, and articulate the vision of the company, both internally and externally in a compelling manner.
    • Excellent analytic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a pragmatic approach to process improvement.
    • Intelligent quick learner with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, consensus building skills, and consultative style.
    • Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate a vision and strategy with a relentless focus on the customer’s needs.
    • Entrepreneurial orientation and abilities to successfully deliver product vision and goals.
    • Independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen ability to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions.
    • Ability to innovate, initiate, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
    • Ability to see "the big picture" and dig into the details at a granular level, both from a business and technical prospective

    Additional Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge & development in proposal preparation and solution development
    • PMP of DAIWA certification

     

    Clearance Requirements:     

    • Must have ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance
