  • Overview

    Fulcrum is seeking a Senior ISR/PED Analyst candidate with Imagery Analyst (FMV) subject matter expert (SME) background. The ISR PED Analysts will support a combination of intelligence requirements ranging from standard IPOE to developing high suspense actionable intelligence.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide/understand detailed, real time call outs of FMV from airborne platforms; interface and effectively communicate with intelligence and operations elements, in addition to serve as the SME for Air Operation Center's (AOC) interface with Payload Operators. Must be able to suggest collection strategies and articulate proper sensor employment when called upon.
    • Serve as SME, liaison and coordination between PED, Air Mission Planning Cell, and AOC.
    • May conduct all-source research, analysis & build fused intelligence products to develop pattern-of -life analysis.
    • Imagery Analyst (FMV) will be expected to provide second phase intelligence products of FMV in support of theater.
    • Analysts will be expected to produce extremely detailed analytical products to build Patterns of Life (POL) and target descriptions.
    • Analysts will be conducting Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft.
    • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    • Candidates will possess minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the intelligence community with at least four years of ISR support in the Special Operations community.
    • In addition to airborne FMV, all candidates must be familiar with and capable of exploiting traditional forms of imagery such as but not limited to: Commercial Satellite Imagery and National Technical Means (NTM)
    • Candidate must have operational and/or tactical level intelligence experience to include knowledge in the fields of HVI targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of FMV experience
    • Experience/Knowledge of the following:
    o Conversant with ISR remote split operations
    o Incorporating Multi-source analysis into Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of Airborne ISR assets
    o Creating & Producing Full Motion Video Pre and Post Mission Products
    o Arc GIS & Arc GIS Rover Tools
    o Utilizing video capture tools to create standard PED products
    o Incorporating Multi-source fusion into PED analysis & products
    o Creating & Producing Full Motion Video Pre and Post Mission Products
    o SAR/GMTI intelligence analysis/fusion

     

    Education:
    Must have a Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in any field.


    Clearance Requirements:
    Must have active TS/SCI clearance
