Fulcrum is currently seeking a mulit disciplined security professional with experience managing compartmentalized programs in the DOD and Intelligence Community.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing, advising, and maintaining policies and procedures to comply with ICD 704/705
    • Safeguarding SCI information and maintaining accredidation of Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities (SCIF).
    • Maintain a strict physical security program consisting of; access control, visitor control, information and material control.
    • Managing TS/SCI personnel security clearances by maintaining compliance with ICD 704.
    • Conducting on-going security training by administering a multi-faceted security awareness program consisting of initial, annual briefings, and debriefings.
    • Utilize JPAS and other special access sites, such as Scattered Castles, to track and maintain personnel security clearances.
    • Conducting SCIF self-inspections in preparation for security audits.
    • Preparing necessary paperwork in support of federal government investigations or annual visits and meet with federal government representatives upon request.
    • Investigate and report security violations, and incident reports.
    • Maintaining all security documentation and files in accordance with government requirements
    • Serve as the authoritative source on all matters relative to multiple security disciplines and issue guidance in the evaluation and analysis of security needs.
    • Serve as the primary COMSEC Custodian.
    • Support the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for, and, when necessary, the destruction or COMSEC material
    • Maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accountability reports IAW established policies and procedures.
    • Ensure each COMEC Element accounts are in compliance with NSA policies
    • Administer initial briefings and debriefings to individual COMSEC users.
    • Develop and conduct COMSEC training materials and administer initial briefs and debriefs for COMSEC users as required.
    • Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    • Eight (8) or more years of experience that can be a combination of related experience in personnel, physical, and communications security (COMSEC) with at least 3 years leading a security program and some supervisory experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and via telephone.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • DOD Policy Standardized COMSEC Custodian Course (SCCC) Certification. 

    Education:

     

    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for four (4) years of security experience.

     

    Clearance Requirements:    Must have active TS/SCI clearance
